Order processing, delivery and shipping & handling charges

Orders process Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will process the following Monday. Expedited shipments must be placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday to Friday in order to be shipped the same day.

Orders are shipped using either UPS or USPS. All shipping rates are determined by courier, and not by USEDA.

We do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time for your packages. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email. Please track your shipments, as USEDA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly, and is not obligated to re-send the goods. Shipment errors can be filed as a claim with the carrier. If a lost package claim is accepted by the carrier they may offer reimbursements of up to a maximum of $100. Additional carrier insurance must be requested by phone, for an additional fee per shipment.

Note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.

You are responsible for verifying the shipping address and may be charged in case of invalid address costs.

Product Availability

We make every effort to try and ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be fully refunded for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.

To serve you better, useyelash.com will process your order immediately after you click the “Place Order” button. If the order was placed before 2:00 pm EST, you may have up to 1 hour to cancel your order without being charged.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event there is a manufacturer defect or any other quality concerns beyond the customer’s control, please fill out the return/exchange slip within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. Orders shipped back to us without a return/exchange slip will be returned to sender. If you wish to return or exchange unopened products, you can do so for up to 14 days (from delivery) for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, the products are nonrefundable. USEDA is not responsible for any shipping fees.

To start a return or exchange

Please fill out the return/exchange slip included in package. Please email us your order number to begin the process.

Once the request is submitted, please allow up to 5 business days for a response from one of our team members. Once approved, send to address provided by USEDA. If the return is deemed to be our responsibility, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. You have 14 days to ship the products back to us in good condition. Please take care to package the product(s) properly. Products damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or exchanged.

Returned shipments and exchanges will be processed within one week from the time that the items are received at our warehouse. Once approved, please allow up to 3 business days for your credit to be applied to your credit card.

For merchandise purchased with one of our other USEDA retail partners, please return the product to the original point-of-purchase to determine eligibility for refund or exchange.
